Janine Parkinson has worked with some of today's hottest celebrities. Select credits include TV series such as Orphan Black, Lost Girl, Hannibal, Nikita along with films produced by - Paramount, Columbia, MGM, Sony, Netflix, NBC, CBC, CBS, SyFy/Space - among others.

Janine landed herself into the exciting world of film and television after her Black Belt Hall of Fame martial arts instructor saw in her enormous potential as a stunt player while working on the television series Nikita; she helped to introduce her top Hollywood stunt coordinators and talent alike. Very quickly she gained a solid reputation for having a wide range of skills in both stunt and as an actor with a broad range. Professionalism, preparation and continued discipline have led her to success. She had left home in her teens to join Toronto’s Second City where she performed on the mainstage. It was there that she realized she had a deep love for performance.

A Martial Arts Champion with National Awards and World Qualification in both production and amateur sport Janine has worked, competed and won at Provincial and National levels, qualifying as a Team Canada member for the World Escrima Kali Arnis Federation. Between performing defying action sequences as a stunt performer for film and TV, Janine teaches Tai Chi and Filipino Martial Arts for Self Defense. She may be small but her presence, sense of humor and unique voice make her unforgettable.
