Sonja has been nominated for ACTRA’s Best Voiceover Performance Award and has voiced principal roles in a host of award-winning animation series and films including Arthur, Wimzie’s House, Madeline’s Christmas, Spookley and the Christmas Kittens, Snowtime and many more. Her versatility often lands her multiple roles in the same productions. She has voiced everything from gaming characters for Ubisoft, to ads for well recognized companies such as Lancôme and Vaseline. She brings her broad base of experience into play as a voiceover coach for up and coming young actors, and can be found on Wikipedia.

To add to her list of credentials, Sonja is also a Montreal music scene veteran and singer/songwriter, singing the no.# 10 Billboard dance hit and number 1 England Dance Chart hit, “Can’t Live Without You” in 1986, as Suzy Q. Over the years she has performed in top venues throughout North America singing in several band scenarios opening for legends like Smokey Robinson, Glen Campbell and Charlie Bird. She has recorded theme songs and music c.d.’s related to the animation productions she has voiced, and continues to write and co-produce her own music.
