Marc-Antoine Kelertas (actra)

Marc-Antoine’s desire to tell stories started at an early age. He remembers re-enacting and directing film scenes as a young boy in his basement, much to the dismay of his friends. Once grown up, he followed his heart when choosing to do his BA in the Theatre Performance program at Concordia University, then pursuing his Master’s degree at the prestigious Bristol Old Vic Theatre School in England to further his knowledge and acting skills.

Forever a journeyman, he is an avid storyteller, always practicing and studying his craft. Over the years, he has lived in England and across Canada, working as an actor, editor, and director for the stage, television, and film. He is perfectly bilingual and has worked in both the English and French markets, in projects such as CBS’s series Ghosts, The Happiness, Indéfendable, A Stranger In My Home III, Real Detectives, Liens Fatal II, 19-2, JFK: Smoking Gun and Being Human to name a few.

Marc-Antoine is also a skilled stage performer. While in Northern BC, a few years back, he split his time between teaching acting and directing plays at the Kiwanis Performing Arts Centre and farming. Throughout the years, he has played roles such as Proteus in The Two Gentlemen of Verona directed by Chris Donnelly, Odysseus in The Odyssey and Brick in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof under the direction of Sam Ellis. In 2024, he makes his Centaur debut in a play written by his first acting teacher, Harry Standjofski, alongside a wonderful cast, and directed by the incredible Eda Holmes.
